MoonPilot is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, commodity trading advisor, fiduciary, exchange, bank, or custodian. Nothing presented by MoonPilot constitutes investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice. All content is educational and informational only.
User Responsibility

Intellectual Property
MoonPilot, Auction Theory analytics, Market Risk, Trend Flips, Pattern Scanner, AI Copilot, software, branding, graphics, and documentation are proprietary intellectual property.
Accounts
Users are responsible for safeguarding account credentials and all activity occurring under their account.
Subscriptions
Paid subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled. Fees are generally non-refundable after the billing period begins unless required by applicable law.
Third-Party Services
MoonPilot may integrate with exchanges, wallets, payment processors, and other services. MoonPilot is not responsible for third-party outages, API failures, policy changes, or security incidents.
Acceptable Use
Users may not reverse engineer, scrape, abuse APIs, interfere with security, infringe intellectual property, or violate applicable law while using the Service.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED 'AS IS' AND 'AS AVAILABLE' WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MOONPILOT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR LOST PROFITS, TRADING LOSSES, LOST DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED AMOUNTS PAID TO MOONPILOT DURING THE PRECEDING TWELVE MONTHS.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold MoonPilot harmless from claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
Termination
MoonPilot may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or to protect the platform.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Florida law.
